The 801-person venue is located at 306 N. Halsted. Outside the doors of the club, the great views of the downtown skyline remind you of the wonderful city of Chicago. Inside The Mid, you will find three full service bars, ample room for dancing, cozy booths and table seating, and a VIP room equipped with its own bar and DJ booth. With the second floor balcony and seating, there is not a bad seat in the house, and the dual-floor bathrooms that are bigger than some apartments. This monumental 60,000 square-foot, David Rockwell-designed venue encompasses seven bars that transition patrons between three lavish rooms and variant musical experiences. The sound system at Marquee is a one-of-a-kind, custom-design by Sound Investment Audio with industry-leading Funktion One components, and a custom fabricated main dance floor area system.

Drawing focus in the Main Room is a 40 foot LED DJ booth and projection stage which is surrounded by plush coliseum-style banquette seating and two dance floors. Overlooking the spectacular main floor is a lavish, Library style room offering an intimate lounge experience accentuated by a fireplace, a billiard table and vintage books whose contents delve into captivating Las Vegas history ranging from gambling to showgirls. In tribute to the tradition of classic mixology, the Library's drink menu will emphasize specialty cocktails with a modern twist.

Venturing further into the venue, club-goers will encounter the lower level Boom Box Room, an intimate boite with strip views and separate DJ; with a state-of- the-art sound system.

This year Erick Morillo returns to Mexico, with a epic event at Centro de Espectáculos Premier in Mexico City (Friday, March 2nd. 2012). Raised in Colombia, then New Jersey, Erick was weaned on a musical diet of Latin rhythms, reggae and hip hop. He started DJing at the age of 11 and after securing himself DJ sets at several local gigs decided to take a studio engineering course at the local Centre of Media Arts.

He was soon inducted into the house fraternity through his friend Marc Anthony (the Salsa King), whilst he was working with the now legendary Louie Vega and Kenny "Dope" Gonzalez on "Ride On The Rhythm". "Louie's kinda watched out for me since the beginning, he never really told me how I should do things, he's just always been supportive".

Erick Morillo will be performing at Extrema Outdoor 2011, Belgium (Saturday, 13 August 2011). One of the most popular electronic dance festivals from the Netherlands is coming to Belgium. Extrema is an electronic dance promoter and has been organizing events in the Netherlands, Ibiza, Norway and Belgium since 1992.
